The Orangeville Wolves is a non-profit special needs hockey team in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada. We provide opportunities for individuals to build social connections, independence, and a sense of community. Our goals include team growth, awareness, and inclusivity.  With the help of local sponsorships we are able to support players and fund the season.

Our Program

Getting out on the Ice!

Our program runs every Sunday at Alder Street Community Centre and welcomes individuals of all ages, genders, and skating abilities.  The season spans 26 weeks from October through the end of March, with games held on weekends against other Special Hockey teams in the surrounding area.

Join Our Team

Our mission is to create an inclusive space where individuals with intellectual disabilities, regardless of their skating abilities, can experience the joy of being part of a team and participating in a sport that might otherwise be inaccessible to them.  Through our program, participants have the opportunity to foster social connections with peers and dedicated coaches, promoting independence and a strong sense of belonging within our community.
